Solution Overview
Targeting the electronic control system for automotive A/C compressors, the solution covers the full chain: power inversion drive, auxiliary voltage regulation, and signal conditioning. Integrating IGBTs, SiC MOSFETs, SGT power MOSFETs, IPM power modules, precision op-amps and linear regulators, it enables stepless variable-frequency control of the compressor, optimizing overall energy consumption and operating stability under high/low temperature conditions.
